• Analyze tax rate impacts and revenue coverage effects
• Monitor refunding opportunities

• Structure debt to maximize credit strengths and mitigate negative impacts
• Coordinate rating meetings and assist in presentation preparation
• Coordinate bond insurance application and bid process

Working Group Management

• Establish a transaction schedule for all parties to share
• Facilitate communication between attorneys, underwriters, rating agencies, paying agents, and other team members
• Collaborate with group to structure a transaction and present its credit strengths to achieve the lowest cost of financing

Other Transaction Services

• Prepare offering documents and continuing disclosure
• Ensure event notices are filed and continuing disclosure is updated as necessary
• Coordinate closing process
